Seemed like a good place at first, received good customer service and employees seemed knowledgeable. I was looking for a plant that required very little attention, low maintenance, and preferred a spot with no direct or bright sunlight and doesn’t attract a lot of gnats. Well as it turns out they sold me one that needs direct sunlight. The leaves turned yellow after not even a week, and on top of it the plant is infected by Thrips and spider mites! And of course I have gnats too. I called the place and wanted to exchange the plant, I received a “I don’t care attitude” and they blamed me for getting the plant sick. Also, not the first time hearing this place has an issue with infected plants! Will never go there again.

Tiny space, not a lot of variety of aroids or hoya, which is mainly what I was looking for. But if you're looking for cacti and lithops, they gotcha covered. I managed to snag a tiny ficus tineke for 20% off and a beautiful tiny alocasia black velvet. Depending on when they have their \super sales\ and when they get in shipments, it could be very dangerous for your wallet.

Would be 5 stars but staff lets people hangout in the store while lines form outside for people to come in. Needs better flow. Good plants though.

The Victorian Atlanta team helped me facilitate a local delivery for an important colleague. They selected a gorgeous plant and pot and worked with me on some additional details to make it perfect. Their communication was excellent and the final plant and pot were lovely. I highly recommend partnering with this local shop!

This shop is so great an I will be buying many more plants from here. Based off some other reviews that were negative, I think some things need to be clear about this plant shop. This shop has a selection of houseplants that are difficult to find and some are rare plants. That being said, the prices they list for the plants they sell are more than fair. These are not plants that you will find easily at big box stores and it is unfair to compare the two. If you are a houseplant enthusiast and have a plant wishlist, this is definitely the place for you. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and the selection of plants is amazing! I recently bought a Ficus Audrey from their store and I’m very happy with it and it’s condition. I very much look forward to returning, buying more plants, and supporting this business.
