This place is a nightmare! The office staff are extremely rude and they do not care about you after you sign the lease. The comments about the bug problems are very true. There has been attempted burglaries and car thefts at this community. The work orders never get done because they spend time fixing “urgent” maintenance requests. The appliances are also faulty and outdated. The office staff never answer the phone unless you are a prospective tenant. Believe the bad reviews because there is some truth to them. Don’t get fooled into thinking this a good property.

They nickle and dime you to death for everything. Also when I moved in I didn't get all of the amenities they told me I would have in my apartment. Also know they will say you're getting a view but they won't tell you that you can only see it when there are no leaves on the trees. Oh and be careful where you park because I was towed before even though I have a parking pass. There's a lot of information they won't volunteer so if you decide to move here ask a lot questions.
This complex recently changed management companies and, in my opinion, went from 5-star to 2-star. I submitted a service request on December 1, 2016, and have had no response as of today, December 22. I would give some benefit of the doubt for the difficulties of transition, but in the same time period they did somehow manage to promptly follow up on getting me to sign a new lease. Lopsided priorities.
