Omg...I have contacted customer service twice about an order I placed on October 29, 2020. No answer from anyone! It seems as though if you’re not a celebrity, you will not get a response nor your order. I will be contacting my bank for a refund and will never ever use their service or order anything else again. Bad customer service... unacceptable! Everyone deserves R.E.S.P.E.C.T... Thank you!!

The end result was great. Loved my daughter's makeup, but the artist was 30 minutes late, did not make eye contact with us at all, gave a very short insincere apology and proceeded to talk on her phone for the whole appointment. But, most likely I will go back, but will try another artist.
