Recently I brought my 1 year old in the midtown location. Everybody there were very nice and professional. The office was very clean and all the precautions against Covid 19 were taken. I am satisfied with our experience and recommend the place.

This was my 1st visit. I love the care I was given. Thomas Eye Group is my favorite. My daughter will be getting an appointment soon. I was very pleased with the Covid-19 care they have in place. I am a very sensitive person when you get near my eyes. I am pleased with the midtown location and parking. I can't say more than if you are not happy with your doctors make a change. I highly recommend Thomas Eye Group - Dr. Arnhart and her staff are highly competent, courteous, and professional. The office is beautiful and access / parking are easy. This was my first visit, but I expect to take our family there for years.

I am extremely disappointed. I attended the appointment with my 2 kids and was refused service because the new rule which we were not made aware of states only 2 persons per appointment. I waited a month for this appointment. I was already there. We were all wearing masks. As I was explaining what happened to my baby, I was told I had to leave the reception area because of covid. Ps don't use covid is not an excuse for poor customer service.
