They will fix you a hot meal with delicious food if you are hungry. You can bring a to-go container and they will let you take a plate home. They also send you home with groceries. They only service local zip codes, so check before you go there. In the groceries, you can get frozen meats, desserts, and produce. Most of the fresh things you have to freeze, can or consume quickly because they are usually close or beyond the expiration date. It is one of my favorite places to go, especially when my budget doesn't allow for groceries or eating out, which is usually monthly.
