I am VERY pleased with the prompt response I've received from Dales' team What really impressed me was that the various ways they reached out, personal email, personal mobile phone (cell phone), and a BEAUTIFUL FULL DETAILED MESSAGE via \YOUTUBE\, by Mr. Dale Cardwell himself. What more can a person ask for. Dales team went above, and beyond my expectations. Now I feel people NEED a company as such, to help a homeowner with decisions, sharing information about the company you may have an interest in, giving suggestions too, about how to approach matters. This overall can help settle the homeowners' nerves down when deciding all the details that goes into each project they tackle. Most people realize it's the \Service After the Sale\ that TRULY counts but, we MUST have a company with GREAT Customer Service that actually pay attention to the customer in order to get ANY JOB started , let alone, finish one. I feel confident when choosing a professional from Dales' site because of the extensive area of verification he makes on each company, it really makes a difference when speaking to someone, although you NEVER met them, their demeanor demonstrates the experience, knowledge, or usage of material with the general public, when speaking. We have the pleasure of doing business with one of the reputable companies (SCI CONSTRUCTION INC.). We are excited and eager to get the ball rolling! During my initial call to TrustDale, I was assured of their availability and ability to address my complaint. My Customer Care Manager, Jackie L. immediately reassured me that my issue was now their issue. She was professional, proactive, and diligent. She contacted me promptly at regular intervals and when she had to be out of the office, she arranged for someone to call me for a status update and ensured that her colleague had all the pertinent information so I did not have to explain again. TrustDale held the contractor accountable every step of the way and a less than satisfactory experience was appropriately resolved. They are efficient and effective and true consumer advocates. My attorney was surprised and impressed with the response and results TrustDale received from the contractor. They really did “make it right”
