Second time I rent a van with them as I said before everyone in this place is very nice and attentive especially Danielle McFarland and the other girl works every morning there( i don't know her name :( sorry).For everyone else keep in mind it is very normal that sometimes the place is busy but I see that everyone does everything possible to solve the needs of each customer.

Danielle has such excellent customer service. Its best to reserve your u haul because sometimes which is not often, they will have you to go to another location. I went to U Haul on piedmont rd, customer service was terrible and the woman that worked at the desk so dishonest. INTEGRITY shot! And parking was terrible, limited parking. Needs new management. My experience was August 2020 wouldnt rercommend anyone to piedmont location.i also posted my horrible experience on Socicial media soc

The U-haul associates at the Fulton Ind. Blvd. location were friendly, polite and professional. I rented a motorcycle trailer for a week. It worked out great and it was reasonable. Thank y'all.

My total experience was a nightmare. After making a reservation the day before my move, the pickup location was changed by Uhaul 3 times without notification; meaning I found out after going to the location that they either did not have my reservation or did not have a truck to rent. Each time I had to call the corporate office and was given another location to go to 3 MORE TIMES. At the 4th location on Fulton Industrial Blvd, there still was no truck in the size I requested. After almost an hour of waiting and 2 hours from my reserved pickup time, I ultimately was given a much larger truck that drove poorly and smoked. I ended up paying the movers more money because we were late getting a truck, and 125.14 for my experience with Uhaul. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!! EVER!!

OMG. Danielle McFarland gave the best customer service and i was not the easiest customer. I will refer everyone to this location . She made moving less stressful today. Thank You Danielle.
