I sent out 3 packages on 2/11/21 that I paid for 2 day shipping. As of today, 2/16/21, one of those packages has not been delivered. All I get when I call the 800 number is people overseas that lie and say they are in America. If I didn't care when the package, which by the way is baked goods, was delivered, I would have sent it USPS. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Then I had Jason in the Philippines tell me he doesn't have a supervisor. Guess he's the CEO! I think at the least, I should be refunded the difference in shipping. Then when you call Headquarters, you still can't talk to someone. NO MORE SHIPPING UPS for me. I'll take my chances with USPS OR MAYBE TRY FEDEX
A package sent by me valued at over 400 was lost, damaged and some items stolen at the hands of ups in October. They had the nerve to send back these damaged items to me in a bag with a bunch of items missing. I was awarded the claim for my items and it was sent November 10th. I had to use my own money to replace the items in the meantime that the customer never received. To date and two BBB complaints later, I have not received the claim, have gotten the runaround and been given false information by representatives of the corporate office. What a way to treat a wronged customer....by constantly wronging them again.
I'd give 0 if possible. Save yourself heartache and use another forwarder. Absolute garbage - last 4 deliveries have been \LOST!\ I suspect theft like no other. Important documents were lost over 10 days ago and they did not even inform me. Have been waiting like a fool. 0 stars. If you want to waste your hours on hold and get no resolutions, this is your company. Happy to speak w/ a supervisor if anyone cares.
At one time I thought UPS was one of the top of the line companies I would’ve even invested but now this company along with it so cold private Owned stores take no responsibility for anything that has happened I paid for a one day package delivery 55.15 to be delivered for four days it wasn’t even in the tracking system it arrived five days later nobody wants to take responsibility the store or corporate I was told that corporate would be in contact with me or their supervisor would be in contact with me as of now there is no contact whatsoever I have contacted my credit card company and my lawyer let’s see where it goes from there. They like to blame all their problems on the Covid but what they fail to tell you is it some people are just not doing their jobs. If I could I would give them a -5 star. For a one-day delivery item to not even be scan in their system for four days is unacceptable.
