My business has used this facility in the last 3 years multiple times. I could use any storage facility around and there are many to choose from. But I choose this location because I like to do business with honest, ethical professionals. Don the facility manager in Tullahoma TN is the only reason I use this facility and keep coming back. Don was extremely helpful getting our second unit to use. This facility is easy to access, safe, clean & well taken care of. Thank you for making our move much easier! I agree that the doors need some type of doorstop; almost impossible to use by yourself. And this is for the Tullahoma store.

Basically nice facility. When I joined several years ago, management was very responsive, but current management is useless. Simple requests like asking for permission for access off hours are met with excuses that on site management cannot do this, but he will check with someone who has the authority. Nothing comes of this. Other facilities hire managers competent to make a decision like this. For over a year, door stops to hold doors open have not been functional, mandating the need to have s second person to help, or using a nearby potted plant to hold it open, at the suggestion of management. Or he will buy a wedge to hold door open, which has never happened. Both options are silly solutions to an easily solved problem: FIX THE DAMN DOORSTOPS. “Not safe” says current incompetent management. I will continue to advise friends to rent elsewhere until competent management is hired here. There are many other options, and I plan to pursue one soon unless changes are made here.
