Drove a rental truck all here to find out they don't take cash, and at the time they weren't accepting electronic payments of any kind, not even debit or credit. So unless you had a pre-registered account you were stuck. They weren't answering their phones that morning either, apparently, since we called in advance. I didn't think it possible to be so incompetent a dump couldn't be run to minimum expectation, but this place proved me wrong. I have a message for management: It's called a cash register.

Today I was watching the guy pick up the trash . I notice he left the trash in the box on the ground. So ask why did he leave it , he said he didn't have a WORK ORDER TO GET THE TRASH !! It really common sense , he saw it was white trash bags and the TRASH CAN was EXTREMELY FULL ..had I not been here HE would have left it . The winds were high so you know it would have been ALL over the YARD and NEIGHBORHOOD. . The question is WHY ?? I thought to myself BAD SERVICE. I'm really thinking about changing our SERVICES due to STUPIDITY ON SO MANY LEVELS O MANY LEVELS..
We moved to Marietta and signed up for new service. So for, 4 weeks in a row and they have not come. I've called 3 times and send 1 online request. They said they are coming and the trash is not out. That's not true given that I now have 4 bins and about 10 boxes out there each Friday. So far, so BAD. Will edit my review they ever figure out how to pick up.
