Appointment was scheduled online to take advantage of the 10 discount. I was contacted before my appointment time to let me know that an item I needed was not in stock and was given the courtesy of rescheduling, dropping the item off or receive a call when the item arrived. I appreciated the call so that my trip wasn’t wasted. When I arrived I was pleased to find a clean store and friendly/ knowledgeable staff. My phone was repaired as promised but the service was above and beyond expectations. The problem and process were explained thoroughly. I was very pleased with the experience when I left. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will certainly return if their services are needed in the future.

Wow! The Ladies at the Location on the corner of Moreland Avenue & Glenwood Avenue, Atlanta GA were simply stupendous! From beginning to end they treated me with respect and were very hospitable. This was my my 3rd time doing business at this particular location. I have always left feeling satisfied as a Customer and confident that my purchase is just what I needed.

Excellent service and friendly technician! Would recommend anyone looking for an out of warranty repair no longer covered by Apple to take their repairs here. Apple would have charged me 279.00 and this repair only cost me 39.99 minus a 10.00 coupon for reserving the repair online. 33.55 total after tax. Very pleased!
