Eric is just a joke and a waste of time.. I contacted him for a restaurant. I was asked, that in order to receive the info of the restaurant I need to provide him my bank account info(that they was way above of what he asked), after that, he told me that he need an informal offer. So, after I made an informal offer for a restaurant, and we agreed for the price, he told me that the owner want to sell another restaurant, and not the one we was speaking about. I asked him again for another restaurant, lost another week of contracting, and he sent me an email where he typed the supposed gross amount of the last three years. I asked him that I need the P&L report and the taxes return so I can have an idea of what the business really worth. He told me that to have that info I need to wire him a deposit!!! Sorry, but is not the way to work.
