They really helped me in a critical time of emergency. All the nurses were going above and beyond to make sure I was OK and testing click in the fishes and ran all necessary test to see w was going on with me. I usually I don’t like going to places especially healthcare facilities that have such terrible reviews as I also have never been to this location I needed to go to which was closest to me at the time though which was this location and I am so happy I did it was truly a terrifying experience prior to arriving at the medical center but once I finally got taken care of I was 100% better so I give this place five out of five , if I could give them 10 stars I would. They had me in and out. They all deserve a Much more updated facility though. They work to hard To not get a better facility than that.

I will try to keep this concise. My husband was in an auto accident- I called to make sure he was at this location and the ER rep said there was one person there that had a car wreck but they didn’t have a name. But she did not take the time to go find out or buzz someone. She told me to call back in about 30 mins to see IF they have a name. I’d rather wait on hold for answers than play phone tag. The EMTs had all of his info and entered it into the system, so I don’t know why the hospital didn’t have it. I was also annoyed that the EMTs did not have spare masks. Once I knew he was at this hospital, I wanted to know if I needed to come there or if someone would call me with updates and the nurse just said ‘no visitors in the ER, you can keep calling here.’ They never took my info, offered to call me or anything-just unprofessional. My husband said he was rolled out the ambulance & placed in a ‘line’ of patients on gurneys. Once in a room he buzzed for help because he was in pain & the nurse only radioed in and said ‘can I help you?’ but no one came to his aid. He was given a wrist band with a name that wasn’t his and they did not explain why. The few people that I talked to were not very nice, especially for it to be the ER. I was transferred a bunch of times and had to keep repeating myself and my concerns/questions to each new staff member I spoke with. I’m glad that my husband was able to talk and text because I don’t know where I’d be with this hospital if he was deceased or incapacitated. The ER should be the most organized ward because it’s where patients and families are the most frazzled. Easing someone’s mind and remaining calm should be the reps #1 priority. My husbands accident was very bad and could have been fatal. No one ever contacted me to let me know he wanted to leave or that he could be picked up. He texted me. I was very polite and patient with the staff and it makes me feel like I should have been.

As the parent of an adult patient, I had a terrible experience trying to see my child, and speak with his doctor regarding his diagnosis & extenuating prior circumstances, despite my child giving permission for them to speak to me. During the 3 days he was in the hospital, we did not get a call from anyone despite me providing my number, after driving an hour up to the facility on two occasions; we had no contact clarifying his condition. Part of patient care is communicating with the family.

The worst hospital I've been to EVER! I went to this hospital for an outpatient procedure. The lady at the registration desk, gave me the directions to were I was scheduled to be. After walking around this hospital my mom and I had no clue where I was supposed to be. As we walked through the halls and passed many doctors/nurses (staff period) NO ONE offered any assistance. No one spoke to us on this journey. Finally we ran into a security officer (Jeremy) who was very helpful. After being instructed to go back to registration the SAME lady sent me back to the wrong floor. After about 30 minutes of walking and confusion one of the ladies who cleans the hospital stepped in and helped us. We didn't get her name due to us being in a rush because I was now late for my appointment \Thank You nice lady\ We are once again back at registration where I started...Okay this floor is where I was supposed to have been the while time My mom was extremely upset (which rarely happens with her) And wanted answers to \why she would send us all over this hospital when I was already where my procedure was going to be done\ The ladies response was \She was looking at the wrong patients information\ that's why she sent us to two different floors With her being the person who egisters\ patients you should be 100% sure that you are talking to the correct patient. Especially when I showed her my paperwork AND told her my name. She still couldn't get it together. Extremely unprofessional! Finally I was brought back to pre op. This was a different place to me. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing! Professional. Nothing but smiles and caring people all around...5* for a successful procedure. 10*** for the awesome staff in pre op. Everything else FAIL !!

Took my husband here for a ruptured Achilles. The Registration admin, Security, Dr’s and Nurses here are so helpful and polite. All ER visits are longer than we want them to be. But we were well taken care of the entire time. Side note: there should be signs in the Parking deck B elevator that specify which floor takes you to the main hospital.
