This Wendy's delivers the food quality you would expect from a Wendy's -- it always tastes great. However: I cannot remember a time when they correctly made my order. In the 10 minutes it takes to get home and eat, the fries are never hot and are often already cold when I eat. The nighttime staff does not wear their masks over their faces at the windows and they don't wear gloves.

They couldn't be troubled to close the lid on the salad or pack it in a plastic bag. Salad was way too wet and dissolved the bag in less than a mile drive home. Called and returned to restaurant and they seemed unhappy about giving me a refund.
This is probably the nicest Wendy's (or fast food joint for the matter) that I've been to in the area. It's really great!
Sooo... customer service can be shaped and molded. However, when it doesn't exist, it needs to be fixed. The drive thru should not be answered like you are on a personal call.
Extremely poor customer service... the soda machines (all 3 of them ) were not working properly and when I asked what’s going on , the chastise said, “ oh yeah, they have been messed up”... So here I am eating my meal with no beverage... one of the machines was dispensing the sodas but were all “flat”... Everyone just working sooooo sloooooow ... I’ll never come to this one every again .
