Always a great experience here. They are also doing a great job with Covid-19 safety measures. Love this place!

Regardless of the few the negative reviews, I support this black owned business every opportunity I can. Obviously, the owner is doing something right. You see very little employee turnover and many of the employees are students at our local black colleges. I understand that at certain times the proprietor is not the friendliest; but please keep in mind, between meeting payroll, paying rent and maintaining efficient working equipment this gentleman has his cup full. Hats of to the West End Print Shop.

I've had very positive experiences with the staff and have always gotten what I needed with patience and a smile, but EVERY single interaction I've had with the manager (I believe his name is Ralph) has been nasty. My last experience, I attempted 4x to get my painting printed out (their machine was either out of service or printing with lines through my print) and on the last try, I saw a large crease. I know it may seem small, but after 4x I need you to deliver pristine. When I mentioned the crease, Ralph comes out and says it was normal wear and tear. Huh? Y'all sellin' used copies at copy shop? I had know idea that was a thing. I won't bother speaking on this man's incompetence and poor attitude in my other interaction. I'm going to miss the rest of the staff, but I will be carrying my business elsewhere and referring my friends elsewhere.
