We traveled to Atlanta from Orlando last month to go to Room & Board. The woman we were working with there recommended a visit to Westside Modern, less than a mile away. Oh boy, what a beautiful shop. If I lived in Atlanta, I'd go in as often as I could to see what new treasures she has. So beautifully curated. We bought a petite Danish chair but I could have walked out with so much more.

Dropped by for the first time about 30 minutes after they were scheduled to be open on a Saturday. Doors were locked and no one picked up the phone. I’d call that a bad business strategy. Unlikely to make the trek back over to that part of town without reliable hours.
Westside modern stands in a league of its own. It is by far one of the most thoughtful and well articulated stores that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Each piece is hand picked by Tonya Beach, her amazingly unique aesthetic and eye for detail and quality can be seen throughout and the prices are spot on. Definitely a must see, even if your not in the market for anything in particular, there will surely be a curiosity here that will spark your fancy!
