This place was very dirty and had a terrible smell, even through my N95 mask. As if this wasn't bad enough, the staff was very rude and kept rushing me.

Wizard is a great repair place. Vole and his team have protective practices in place for Covid 19, including a mask mandate. They care about fixing things well and handle both electronic instruments and sound engineering supplies. The 45 day warranty is fair and their bench fee is reasonable. They are good people doing good work.

had a studio monitor get fixed, and prepaid the entire amount just to have them suddenly not be able to locate it when it came to picking it up. I had to go back FIVE TIMES before I could get what I already paid for. Just ridiculous. Never going here again.

I dropped off my amp for a power tube replacement and re-biasing on September 24th. As of today (October 21st) I still have not had any work done to my amp. I have repeatedly called the company asking for updates on my amp and when servicing would be done. After calling them today, they finally are ordering the tubes for my amp which they claimed would be in around 2-3 days, then they would have to be installed. At this point it will be over 1 month without my amp for a simple job. I try to support local business but I can not recommend this company due to their very long turn around times. Not to mention I am an ER nurse and they are asking more than twice what I get paid hourly to save lives on a daily basis, to fix my amp.

Today was the first time I've been here but they gave me a warm welcome. I had a receiver that wouldn't turn on anymore. They have a 65 bench fee to find out what's wrong with it. They will call once they have figured out what is wrong. They have a staff full of Navy vets so I felt even better knowing I was working with someone with American pride.
