I am a stickler for cleanliness, and I booked at this hotel because of the reviews on their cleanliness. Unfortunately, my room didn't get the royal treatment! The floor was dirty and hadn't been mopped. There was built up dust on the air conditioner. I used my own cleansing wipes and was very disappointed to see so much dirt on the wipes from the countertops, tables, etc. My shower curtain had to be replaced because there were stains on it. I have to mention that the front staff was very friendly, and the hotel is in an awesome location. The decor was pretty and inviting. I am just so disappointed that during Covid the cleaning crew didn't do a better job

We had an amazing stay and experience! I would have given a 5 but the mattresses weren't the most comfortable. The apartment (403) was so clean an charming. It was perfectly equipped and the staff was just so accommodating! We will see you again in the future and Thank you!!
Loved it! Amazing room in a perfect location. Couple blocks walk to the beach.
Super impressed how nice and clean the room was. Heather was wonderful and accommodating. They are pet friendly and even have a nice patch of grass for the pups. It is only 2 blocks from the beach making it an easy walk.
We stay here every time it's off season. The people who work here are very sweet and are always available for help. If you like old school hotels that still really take care of their stuff this is the place for you in Atlantic Beach!
In the winter it’s a bit slow in the promise land, but still full of fun out! Nor less fun just being peaceful in the city

Room was very clean and the staff were amazing from check in to check out.They were very friendly and super accommodating. The best experience we have had with staff. Hospitality goes a long way.The location is excellent within walking distance to the beach and dining/ shopping. Our family had a great time and will definitely return. Five star service on a budgeted price.Highly recommended .
