I got 2018 recker having problem with one of it pto’s button stop working sometime went to different shops no result Mr Eric worked on it looks great now i hope problem got fixed Overall good and humble people’s will visit them again if needed

Went to their shop in person to speak with someone and spent and hour giving notes on a wrecker build to get a quote. Three months later still unable to give me a quote. Every time I call they say they will get back to me. A quote is just a quote, not the final price and shouldn’t take more than a week to produce. In the mean time we have been able to get quotes from other manufacturers within 3-4 days. Greatly disappointed with the service and care.
Great origination very helpful in sales and parts when I need stuff I’ve called Roanoke and it was shipped same day got it the next day awesome crew
