Needed to have a dishwasher installed at our condo...called Greg off of Craigslist...he was very professional over the phone so we scheduled an install date...he arrived on time with all of the tools required for the job. My wife appreciated that his work was so clean and that he cleaned up any water from the old dishwasher. Bottom line, I've already hired him to install an oven and microwave on our next trip to the beach...He's great to work with and we would highly recommend him to everyone. Called to book appointment with voicemail box full. Made an on line booking for my Dyer repair which was two weeks out for earliest appointment. I booked on line and received a email confirmation of the appointment for February 3 2020 at 130pm. Called on date of appointment at 2pm and 240pm left message with NO call back. Doug was no show no call back no nada. I just don’t understand how this company survives such poor and unprofessional business practice.
Doug is on time and does excellent work. Would highly recommend him and his crew for any construction needs or appliance repairs.
