I can't say enough good things about Atlantis!!! As someone who works within a subculture industry (skateboarding), it is a pleasure walk into a shop like Atlantis and feel the same energy I've grown to love from local skateshops. From the friendly staff and products, to the cleanliness and ease of communication, I encourage anyone and everyone to visit both locations if you're into games, collectibles, anime, etc. The prices are fair, the people behind the counter are there to help, and I couldn't be happier with every experience I've had with them. Awesome selections and categories of comics, graphic novels, board games, card games, tabletop games and accessories, books, and RPG/GURPS of pen and paper games and accessories. Hope to visit the store again in the future. When I visit my sister at Norfolk.
Customer service is good. The price they offer on MTG cards for trade in is the worst in the area. And the prices are also the highest. Would say its an enjoyable experience if its not MTG related.
Store employees on Christmas eve were very helpful; explaining new MTG card packs to me and figuring out what combination to buy as a present for my brother. They gave me a rare foil card in a card protector with my order for free as a Christmas present.
Great business! Great customer service! They’ll go out of they’re way to meet your needs. My clan and I were searching for this game online for weeks, and all we found was overpriced resellers, straight up frauds and false “in stock” claims. Atlantis had it at a fair price and offered a deal on the expansion! Their curbside pick up and online payment system made it a very convenient purchase. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
