I've been here several times for my work. I recently had a transmission for a work boat rebuilt. Atlantis Marine Gear does top quality work. They were able to tell me what cause the transmission to wear, it was a bum clutch plate and it appeared to be the wrong type. So they speced a new one to work with my transmission. Great service. Prompt and on schedule. I highly recommend!!
We had a small hiccup with one of our launch transmissions and Chris turned it around in record time. We lost no service to our membership. Totally professional.
Chris has saved me twice now with reasonably priced used parts and advise for sailboat transmissions and also with a new replacement transmission that he had in stock. He's great on the phone and in person and there's no price gouging. He's a local marine transmission expert that I wish I had found earlier. He's helped me with Hurth/ZF, Walter V-drive, old obsolete Paragon parts and a PRM transmission but I'm sure he knows them all.
