The part with the actual hospital is great. I've never had any problems in the hospital, but if you see an actual doctor in the building be ready to deal with rude unprofessional staff. They make you wait 2-3 hours for 1 appointment. The staff has no communication with each other unless it's personal gossip. So They have no problem throwing you in a room and forgetting about you while making you wait even longer. Forget about them communicating what's going on while you wait it's all left up to your imagination. This place doesn't truly care about patient's or their families also takes hours or sometimes day's for them to return messages all for them to say they can't help you. Its actually really disappointing for someone with a very sick child. The lack of communication and lack of empathy on the staff's part is terrible.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay here! Me and my husband had to bring our 4 day old child here for a night to go under the light to get rid of his jaundice and it was such a great experience. We are first time parents so of course we were scared and didn’t know what to expect but the doctors and nurses made us feel at ease and so comfortable! We were so thankful to have such a wonderful experience and would recommend anyone staying here! They will take great care of you in the circumstances that you are having to go in! I know this time is crazy with covid but we felt SO safe and we blessed with that for us!

My daughter was there this week in the EMU. The staff went above and beyond every day! They made our experience incredible and ensured my daughter was well taken care of.

Loved this place. The nurses and respiratory therapist and other staff that seen my son or cane by to see if we needed anything during our stay bc of RSV were awesome and took very good care of my baby boy. Housekeeping kept the room clean during our stay and were very friendly.

The staff is great,friendly, professional,willing to answer questions and help you in anyway possible. During are stay there was only one nurse that was rude unpleasant to have to deal with hopefully she want be around next time we have to be there.overall the hospital I would recommend to anyone that had a child needing speciality care

My daughter was referred to this hospital after leaving the ER, suffering from severe headeach, blurred vision and slurring words.The uneducated, person that schedules the Appointment for this particular office, I believe his name was Jason, or at least that's what he told my wife and I, told us that the next available appointment was in February. That's a month out from now.If you're a parent you should understanding why I got really upset, an office clerk had more power over me when it comes to my kids health. After 20 minutes on hold he told me that his boss was out to lunch. When I got upset and told him that I was willing to drive to the office if that was the only way I was able to speak to someone with authority instead of him, he proceeded to tell me that he would call the cops and Hung up the phone.This is my first review, however someone has to step up to the plate and understand that We're not playing games, I'm a family man looking after my kids. Thank you Albert C.

Nothing child friendly about this hospital. Mediocre waiting area. No approximate wait time given. Nurse taking weight wrote it down on his hand. Wow....so dissapointed. Hope CEO reads these reviews after reading his stock portfolio.
