I found ATS on the American Standard website. They were shown to be one of the top American Standard dealers in the Houston area. I submitted a request to be contacted via their website. Within about 30 minutes Shaun had contacted me to set an appointment to give us an estimate. The day of the appointment, Shaun showed up right on time. I thought it would be a quick estimate since all other estimates I had received took about 30 minutes. An hour later Shaun said he had everything that he needed. I was surprised by the time he spent, but was glad he did. He had a whole schematic of our system drawn in his notebook. He explained what duct work we needed repaired to help the house maintain a consistent temperature. ATS was the only company out of the 4 that looked at our system to make this assessment. I knew when they left I would use ATS to do our install. Barry (the owner) contacted me to discuss price and discuss when they could do the installation. Barry was extremely fair with me on the pricing. The day of the install it was the same as the estimate. The entire crew showed up at exactly 8 am. Shaun did the walk through with the guys and then they were off. The crew worked steady all day. The work was completed about 6 pm. Shaun came by as they wrapped the work to check over everything. They made a couple small tweaks based on what he saw and then he hung around and help me set up the thermostats. Shaun left about 7 pm. A couple of days later one of the thermostats wasn't working correctly. I contacted Shaun to make the fix and he came back out at 5 pm to swap it out. No questions asked. I have been impressed with the company from the owner to the installers. Everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. If you're looking for an American Standard system, and you care about the air flow in your house, I would highly recommend ATS.

They were very helpful and detailed with their estimated cost to replace and install a new system. I felt like their pricing was very fair and competitive. Lilliana was so sweet and kind when answering the phone. It was a joy talking to her. I was very pleased with the installation and they even sent me a reminder email to come out to do a heat check up for the winter. Barry was kind enough to bring out a window air conditioner for us during the install because we have an elderly member of the family who could not be without air conditioning. That demonstrated his character of compassion, kindness, and also the top of the line service we received!!! Thanks so much!!!

I have been using ATS Mechanical for several years now, and I have always been impressed with their service and pricing. The owner, Barry Granger, and his techs, Shaun and now Jordan, are super knowledgeable about our system (one unit serving three levels) and ensure it runs optimally. They arrive on time, send a notification when close, and follow up with electronic documentation. I am on an annual plan, which is reasonably priced and includes a discount for parts and repairs. Highly recommend them.
