Roy helped me upgrade my phone. He explained a promo to me to help me get my monthly payment cut in half, didn’t mention how much money an extra “empty” line would add to my account in order to do so, (literally just an extra SIM card with a nonexistent number that belongs to nobody and isn’t used), more than doubled my monthly payment (which he told me absolutely would not happen), insisted that the high price for my first bill was just starting fees and other taxes, but in reality made me open up a whole new line simply for the benefit of his commission and lied to me about the pricing and was misleading about the entire ordeal even though I asked and clarified MULTIPLE times before confirming this promo deal. I called customer service to get it fixed and went to Washington to get help and both helped me immensely and got me out of the problem and reimbursed me the money I should have never spent in the first place. Do not trust him, he has told people that he wants to get everybody the “best deals” while he still gets commission and points at his job but in reality he has no problem screwing you over for things that you aren’t aware of/don’t know. I would never go back to him, he just created a month-long mess for me. On top of all of that, he had me sitting in the store until close, for somewhere between 4-5 hours for many different reasons including having to restart the update on my phone twice and other technical issues. I spent my entire day off sitting there waiting patiently because I figured it wasn’t his fault but not once did he apologize for the EXCESSIVELY long wait. Will not return.
Very nice people that work there. ABSOLUTELY do not buy PureGear Screen protector, they are junk and the lifetime warranty is for one replacement and cost you another 12 to ship it. So your out 50 and have to find another one, Very POOR product for a 1000 phone.I would have did no stars but had to press something.
