I came in with my 2 kids Oct 26 for a \family plan\. My first bill a month later is 598. I just spent almost 4 hours on the phone w ATT trying to tame the beast you guys sold me. My fault, I know, buyer beware, but you guys could have done a lot better job of explaining the true cost of my purchase because it was double what I was expecting.
Always get good service here. Dude that's there has been working there a while and he does a good job. Prompt to the point and really tries to save the customer money. I really just wish the online or over the phone service was better with ATT. The instore has always been great and I have never had problems with this store that's for sure. Actually just got the new iPhone 12 here and again great prompt service to the point and explains things well.
Went in yesterday looking for a iPhone xr and got a awesome Hooke up on a family plan for my gf and I and got iPhone 11’s!! For cheaper than I thought. Very good service the guy was very nice. And will continue to be apart of AT&T again since 2015
Staff is helpful and friendly. They hooked me up with a sweet new Google pixel. This camera is amazing
