Disappointing. My first visit was ok despite initially being told the phone advertised by the displayed marketing materials for free was now going to cost 150. Whatever... promotions change faster than the staff manages the upkeep of displays. Purchasing a phone and mobile service should only require one visit. Upon speaking to customer service the following week I was informed that the military discount had not been applied to my account and Dakota added device insurance that I did not ask for. I had to return to the store to have it corrected. Today, a month later, customer support informed me that the insurance I asked the store manager to remove had not been canceled. The GBC AT&T store gets a 2.5 stars from me. A 1/2 star hit for the bait & switch & 2 stars for the lack of attention to detail, adding unrequested charges, and then neglecting to remove them when asked.
The young man who help me was so nice. He was very knowledgeable in caring for my phone. He took time with me explaining the fundamental of my phone.
The AT&T store inGun Barrel City, Texas is a very caring and every employee there that i have met is very knowledgeable at what you need and are there to help you.
