Great Staff. Walked into this store having phone issues and was assisted by their manager Jason. He was great! Not only did we figure out why my phone was acting up, he went over all the current promotions and was able to get me a new phone with a discount! I will definitely be referring all my friends to him.
Very polite and knowledgeable. Was a great experience especially after have such poor rude service from the sales team over the phone at AT&T 800 number. Jong helped my wife and I in the store and he was polite and very helpful. Thank you for great service.

Stopped by last week to switch my service to ATT and was helped by a young man named Jay. Prior to coming to this store, I had gone to 2 other ATT stores that provided terrible service. When I arrived at this store, Jay was very prompt in providing great/friendly service and seemed to genuinely care to get me the best deals possible. He even stayed a bit later past closing time to help set up my phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the East LA area. All of their staff were very accommodating, including another gentleman who helped me named Richie.
