Read everything they sell you very carefully. I asked for an Apple Watch and was under the impression that I was just purchasing a watch. They added a whole plan and insurance for the watch making my monthly bill 127 dollars more. I feel like they screwed.

Young Lady was nice and polite, maybe not her fault but after two hours of trying to upgrade 4 phones it was not fun anymore She deactivated our phones before I could set them up for other family members. They had to go without the cell for the remaining part of the day. Phones are used for business purposes. Made it very inconvenient. Was told that we could not have deal for phones in store. Had to order with my old phone on line for each upgrade. Was told they had enough phones in stock but it sent me to another store for one of the four phones I updated. Had to drive 20 miles to go pick up one phone. Just made it very inconvenient
