We went to the store to get screen protectors, cases and accessories for our new phones. On entering the store we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. Then quickly assisted by helpful professional and knowledgeable salespeople. One of whom was Mercedes who quickly assessed our needs and found the correct equipment for one phone. Excellent service. She had assistance from Cody who helped complete everything. Both were great. The atmosphere in this store is completely different all the sales team seem to enjoy what they are doing. They all work together. We felt Cody was the strong positive influence, encouraging and teaching his people. Great store, great service great people!!

Morgan was the Best!!! Every problem I had she fixxed with with ease! She’s very knowledgeable and her customer service skills are awesome! It took a very long time for a necessary update to finish running and it kept having problems so it wouldn’t complete, but she figured it out and fixxed it and even fixed problems with the 2 other phone lines on my family plan. I normally HATE having to fix issues with my AT&T lines but she made the whole process painless!!

Kristin was simply amazing. I’m transitioning back to Alabama and was having issues setting up a new line of service online. I called on my five hour drive and told her exactly what I wanted and that I was limited on time. Not only did she listen to what I wanted, but she got me in and out of there in a timely manner.
