Yesterday (8/2), I went to get a new phone before college. Melinda was very helpful and fun to work with. She is very easy going, and she explains things in an easy to understand way. You can tell that she not only wants to sell you a phone, she wants to build a relationship with you and make sure you have had a very pleasant experience while at her store. 10/10 would recommend!!

Went to this location to swap my existing service over to AT&T. Store manager Markus assisted me and worked diligently for a solid hour to get the transfer completed. He was professional and very thorough with his explanations. Due to the current Covid situation, only one customer is allowed in the store at a time. Markus notified the waiting customers outside he would assist them as soon as possible. Overall, it was a very good transaction and I will do business with this location again.Thanks Markus!
