This is for At&t customer service not a brick and mortar location. My Internet has been down 70% of the time, when it is up the speed is so slow it cant be used. DL speed under 1 and upload speed .05. can't stream, video conference or anything. I called last Monday after 90 minutes troubleshooting to be told that I needed a service call. Said it would be the following Monday for a repair appt. A week without internet for business, wasn't happy at all. Apt was for Monday between 12-4pm, 4 o'clock rolls around still no tech, call att to be told he's on his way, that he hasn't called or texted due to an incorrect number input. Waited til 6pm still no tech, called again to be told he's coming. Notice on my at&t app said he would be there from 6-10 pm.didnt know they worked that late, but okay. 10pm still no tech, called again to be told, tech went home, couldn't get to me today. I ask when would he be here...I'm told I need to reschedule another appt, which quickest one is a business week away. So if they no show on you, they don't get to you asap, you go to the bottom of the pile to start over. Talked to a mgr that said he'd try to get one here sooner but I'm not holding my breath. For a phone company to not call, text or send customers a message about delayed or unable to make appts is ridiculous. 10 hrs waiting, to be told to start all over, is beyond bad service. Can't wait til 5G is up and running here. Already changed cell phone providers Cant wait to get rid of my last at&t service.
