Hard to really give reviews with the whole covid regulations but super nice people, wasn't forced or convinced into buying anything most stores do pressure you in on buying but my son and I didn't feel like they were

Liam was so so helpful and patient today when I was buying a new phone. He made sure I knew all the information before purchasing and answered all of my questions. He was so thorough throughout the process. Since he was new, he made sure to ask another employee/manager any questions he had. It made me feel really secure to know he’d ask rather than pretend to know something.

Well I am not a computer person let alone a cell phone savvy person. In the first couple of minutes I didn’t think the experience of having “Johnny “ assist me retrieve my emails was going to be pleasant. I sensed a bit of attitude at first. Then he asked us what series we were watching on tv and the experience changed completely. ( I was there w/my daughter who is very savvy w/devices.) Anyway long story short - Johnny helped us do all sorts of things, answered my crazy questions w/out judging me and being there for 2 hrs - it flew! Johnny was awesome. And I deeply appreciate his devotion to this country and serving for 8 years in the Navy. Many blessings to him and what a great employee.
