The young lady that provided my service was very rude she, was impatient she refused to make a simple call to AT&T that would have resolved my issue So after two trips to the store My wife was forced to call At&t on my behalf and give her the phone and we got the issue resolved no thanks to her. Verizon seem very Appealing at this point. I’m a 15 year customer who has 5 lines and has purchased iPhones consistently since the first iPhone was available...

Manager was so rude. Bought a new iPhone XR 1 day ago and the screen isn’t working. Has lines through the screen. She refused to help us exchange it for a new one and told us we have to go to Apple. Apple said we had to go to the AT&T store. We said we were told we had 14 days to return or exchange the phone and she told us they won’t exchange the phone because it’s not in working order. Wow! We received it like this. Worst customer service ever. Left with no help. Wasted too much money on this phone.

Jordan is an awesome help, he took the time to help me operate my new phone. He went over the apps and was very patient. He is very knowledgeable on his job and how the phones work. I was terrified with using iPhones, and was very nervous on the transition. I woke mad as hell because I could not use my phone. Even though it’s not sunny outside because of gloomy. Jordan added sunshine to my day! I feel confident I can recommend iPhone and AT&T to other people.
