Im giving it a 5 because of Eric! He was the only one in the store at the time and that is understandable at this time. He worked with me while waiting on the phone for a supervisor to help his other client. He was knowledge able, professional and honest. Working with him was worth the wait. My phone had to be ordered and he let me know when I got it I could bring it in for activation.

They helped me set up a new phone. It was handled quickly and I was given an overview of the handling of it, a new Samsung. I also purchased a case for the phone. They were great to deal with. I would recommend them to everyone. They are my go-to place now.
