The store was very clean. The staff was very professional yanni was very knowledgeable and happy to help with any of my phone needs. He was also very knowledgeable about his promotions and happy to help. I love my new iPhone 12 that I got for for only 4 A month. I would recommend the store to anyone who is in the market for a new phone or just has a question. much better experience this time around than my last.

Yanni was the best! I came in to transfer my phone over to my youngest and ended up with 3 new phones my youngest daughter included. He was very professional and very understanding as he walked me through the process. I will say I have been in this ocala store and have never felt more welcomed. Yanni made it feel like family.
