My family and I had a wonderful experience at the San Leandro store on 8/23. Amber did an amazing job. We ported over 4 numbers and got 5 new phones. She worked efficiently and was organized, patient, and polite. My mom stated this was the best service she had ever received at an ATT store. It was a great experience. I did have to return to the store on 8/25 to resolve an issue and Keith was very nice as well. The manager on duty was also very nice and helpful. He is doing a great job and it show through the work of his team.
