The entire staff were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and fun. What more can you ask for in customer service. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome. Brad did a fantastic job of helping and explaining things clearly. Absolutely no sales pressure. I will definitely use this location to do all future AT&T business. It may be a 30 minute drive but it beats being on hold for that long when trying to call customer service and there was no language barrier.

I had a very pleasant and productive visit. Greeted with friendly smile at door by ZEKE. Explained my reason for visit ZEKE resolved my problem and was very polite and gave me useful informative suggestions. Quick and professional employee was the best ! He deserves a big Thank you and RAISE from AT&T headquarters!!, ZEKE replaced my not so good service memories to a very positive and pleasant experience I will recommend this AT&T store anytime now.
Had the best service today and really anytime I go in. Zeke helped switch me from prepaid to post paid. We added a new line and it ended up being 5 cheaper going this route... We have 4 lines in total.
Guy named Brad waited on me and it was smooth running from the start. He even transferred all my stuff from my old phone to the new one. I’ve been with AT&T since 1996. I’m real glad to hear you are erecting some new towers in some dead zones around Costco and Walmart.
The product on display, which is perfect, is not exactly the product available for sale. The sales person handled the discrepancy professionally. However, I’d much rather have had the older version which had an input for an antenna that I can use on my boat or in remote wilderness areas.
