It was wonderful. Ross our sales associate was terrific. He helped us out with all our needs. He listened to all our questions and got the exact phone we needed. He was very helpful . He also took the time with us. He made us feel like he all the time in the world to help us. So if you need a new phone or AT&T issues go see Ross or one of the other staff at the store...

Cadillac store activated all ok, Sams club rep told me 2nd phone free, not true got charged. Will not honor what she told me. Do not go to SAMS club ATT, go to Corporate store in Cadillac.
