This is the 3rd time I have went to the Apple store here in Ooltewah TN and had the pleasure of Zak taking care of me. Every time I have went to the store he has went above and beyond to make sure I have left happy and taking care of. I would highly recommend you go to this AT&T store if you have any issues. The store is lucky to have someone patient and kind like Zak. I would also like to say I witnessed first hand today his customer service and compassion when he was teaching an older lady how to work her iPhone on Facebook. Will always come back time and time again for all my AT&T needs.

I am a local business person (real estate broker 30 years) in the greater Chattanooga area...Trust me....worst (worst cell phone company)experience across-the-board...EVER! My account and or plan as a new customer was set to be 225 per month(6 lines). My first bill came in at 874...Not one person can explain why. AFTER 30 days no one including managers have rectified the issue. It is impossible to get someone with AT&T on the phone,everything is automated.I have spent over 14 hours in trying to rectify. Before I became a new customer I interviewed the retail store by asking them to show me AT&T coverage,before I made the transition... and their coverage display was false. I experience 3 miles at a time while driving without coverage in the local Chattanooga area...one area is one mile away from their tower (AT&T tech.dept. Told me). Most cell phone companies can see your history of dropped calls AT&T tells me they cannot see your history of dropped calls and that they could not help me with the dropped calls issues. Tbd... i'm willing to bet I will have a hard time getting out of my new contract… We shall see. Avoid AT&T at all cost...consider THIS FAIR WARNING.

Store Representative told me I would receive 700 off a new iPhone if I upgraded, that turned out to not be true. My old phone was paid off. Now I’m stuck paying an extra 38/month for an IPhone I didn’t even need.

My customer service rep was awesome! I came in because I had accidentally ruined my phone so I needed to buy a new phone. While I was there she looked at my plan and helped me find an even better plan for my family that saved me money! I had issues trying to get things set up and she was super patient and helpful. She was THE BEST and extremely knowledgeable.
