I got to say I’ve been to a lot of at&t stores and the help I received at this location was absolutely fantastic!! Robbie the manager at this store went up and beyond to get what I needed done very knowledgeable around the products. Very much would recommend this store to anyone who wants to get great customer service.. keep up the awesome job you AT&T guys!!

Absolutely unbelievable where did customer service go certainly not at the AT&T store in Thief River Falls. I walked in there and wanted to buy a phone it was an LG velvet it was 599 I was prepared to pay cash for the phone but the staff obviously did not want to sell it they told me I had to put it on a payment plan and that my existing prepaid AT&T plan that I've had for over 6 years would not be valid anymore I practically wanted to hand them 700 with a phone and a charger case and all the accessories they couldn't make the deal happen they must have so much business they don't need anymore I do not want to leave AT&T but I cannot buy a phone from a store who doesn't seem to want the business. Where can this store find employees that want to service their customers
