Not an official att store, so they don’t want to service your phone. Went in there to get my SIM card updated (as instructed by customer service). Zero help. Zero customer service. Zero stars

Geovanni was great to work with! Very knowledge and friendly. We came in near closing, not realizing how long the upgrade process would take. He was super patient with us and still took the time to go through everything with us and not rush us out the door. Great customer service!
