I contacted the shelter after my dog went missing. Yes, I am in Warren Cty, not Fountain, but the dog went missing less than 5 miles from the county line. They only said they work with Fountain Cty only and told me to contact someone in Warren Cty without any contact or other information. I am new to the area. All 5 of my animals are rescues. Simply heartbroken that this was their response to an animal in their area n distress.

They make an effort to find the right homes for all the animals coming into the shelter. I have adopted and fostered for them. Great community!
Adopted a dog on Saturday 10-10-15 at the IndyMega Adoption Event. The ladies were so so so helpful! All were really respectful and kind. All the dogs were amazing and found homes!
