I ordered 4 tires through Amazon with ATV Outfitters as the vendor. After several days of no movement from my order, i politely messaged them and asked if i could get an update. Matthew got back to me in a timely manner and asked for my phone number to let me know once he could find out what was going on. The next day i ended up having to call (only MINOR complaint) to follow up on the order. HOWEVER, Matthew informed me their suppliers inventory was wrong and would be another 2 weeks before i received my tires. So Matthew went above and beyond to find me another option and was willing to match the price i had been quoted for the original tires. And have the order complete and ready for shipping the same day. Customer service was great even during the busy Christmas season and prices are hard to beat. I would highly recommend them for all your ATV/UTV needs and will be buying from them again

I’m only giving them 1 stars because their communication and followup is one of the WORST I’ve ever dealt with and I lost almost half my money even though I purchased another tire from him. I dealt with Johnson, and it was not a good experience at all. I first ordered a tire through Amazon and it happened to come from ATV Outfitters. When the tire arrived, it was the wrong tire, not their fault, but the fault of the person who asked me to order the tire for them. I went through Amazon to get the tire returned. No problem at all. The correct tire was not on Amazon, so I called and got Johnson. I ordered the correct tire and I asked for a receipt and tracking info. I never received it. I called back the next day and got Johnson again, I again asked for a receipt with tracking. First I got info on another person who lives in Texas, name, address, etc. I emailed and called and this time Johnson sent me something in txt format which did not contain any information. I called on the third day and was told by Johnson that he would send it. To date, I received the tire but I’ve never received a receipt for my purchase nor was there any communication from them about my return. I’ve purchased several tires from other companies and I’ve never been treated as rudely as I did by this company. I personally will never deal with this company again. I much rather pay a little more for what I need and get treated better then I did here. Oh, he took almost half the price I paid for the tire when returned for shipping and restocking. Basically I got ripped off for almost 50% of a new tire that he will turn around and resell for full price? If you decide to deal with them, I hope you receive better treatment then I. It seemed like I was bothering him each time I called. Don’t worry Johnson, I won’t call again.

After placing an order on Amazon, and ATV Outfitters being the seller, I called them and spoke to Matthew about a concern. He was super helpful and friendly! I ordered Original Bighorn tires for my UTV. He made sure that my order received the attention it needed and my tires were at my door in about 48 hours. Tires arrived exactly as described. I will absolutely purchase from this seller again! As for the tire...you cant go wrong with Bighorns! They have excellent all purpose tread. They have excellent durability. They are cheaper than a lot of tires. What's not to like? The only way I would go with another tire is if I was doing a lot of road riding. But for trails, mud, water, rock, tree roots...I swear by these tires! I also get through a lot of situations that people with much more expensive tires do not. The bighorn 2.0 is about 8lbs lighter per tire. So? Unless your main goal is to drag race everyone you see, why would that matter? The Original Bighorn has more tread and more thickness in the sidewalls. It's a no-brainer for me.
