I purchased an Coolster 125 ATV in March. I called a few times before making the purchase to ask a few questions. I was working with Steve, he was very patient on the phone, was honest about the product. Before I made the purchase he put his hands on the exact ATV that I wanted. The ATV shipped the following day, and I received it in five working days. Before I received the ATV. I got a text from Steve letting me know that the ATV was expected to be delivered soon, and to be ready to make contact with the carrier. I agree these folks go above and beyond with their customer service! They hurried to get much needed paperwork in the mail. I ordered my scooter from these folks via Walmart and it arrived in perfect condition and a week early! Shout out to Steve and everyone that made this a fantastic purchase. They truely care about their customer. Highly recommend!
From start to finish, they went above and beyond when I ordered a moped here. Even had a minor issue with a part when it shipped and they sent me a new one right away. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

What a awesome Store and service .I bought a 125d 110cc atv for my 5yr boy.It stopped less then 3hrs.I thought i screwed up buying chinese.Until I call the service center an talk to Steve granted Im 2400 miles away he ask me to check some stuff an i was able to turn wenches.After 3 or 4 call we got it .I dont thank I could find service any better .Thanks Again Nitro and Steve Steve.
