I recently got my wedding ring updated and added my grandmother's diamonds. I have used repair palace in the past so I trusted that they'd do a great job. I was blown away how beautiful my ring came out they went above my expectations! The staff was great and professional and I'll never use another jeweler again. Thanks again!!

Called to see about getting a new watch battery and they gave me the hours but neglected to mention they had moved. After arriving at the mall and seeing they were gone, i called to ask about the new location. upon arrival i was totally ignored for 10 minutes while the staff continued to chit chat. Sad because they used to be very customer oriented. wasted an hour of my day. will not go back.

I was interested in trading my current diamond for an estate ring .The jeweler took my ring out back and came back with an offer to which I agreed to.he stated it would take a couple of days to switch the stones.A fierce one week of not hearing from store I called and was told it had to be sent out due to jewelers need for leave.and it would be ready by the following Friday.after not hearing from the store on Friday I then called on the following Monday.I was told the jeweler had over estimated the value of my stone and they would not honor the offer made. I was never contacted by this store.l was made an offer and I accepted his offer .I felt he was competent to evaluate jewelry and make a good faith offer I was mistaken and feel there was absolutely no customer service. I'm disappointed I really liked the ring and would of been willing to compromise on the price If only they had contacted me and not waited until pressed for the truth after two phone calls.
