I’ve used mustang utility water for about three years now. I have never had a problem with their services. I recently had a massive leak under my house and because I paid to have it fixed they were willing to work with me on my bill. I spoke with Delaney in the front office and she was so sweet and easy to work with. Wonderful customer service!

This organization is completely and utterly atrocious. They issue an boil advisory at 8:30pm online. They wait until 8:30am the next day to send the robo-call and text message notifying residents of the advisory. I'm glad I followed social media in the evening and knew not to give the water from my refrigerator's water dispenser to my child. This organization absolutely needs new management. They are putting the safety of many of their customers at risk. I hope someone finds an attorney and takes them to court.
Great company so far. We moved into the area at the beginning of summer, and connected all of our utilities, which really just took a call and an email for the water. At some point our bill didn't get delivered (although informed delivery showed it, but something went wrong with the mail and it was never in the mail box). I forgot all about it and simply got a double bill the next month. We have a sprinkler system on a fairly small property, 3 occupants, and our bill is approximately 120, a little more in the summer and a little less in the winter. In the summer I was running the sprinklers every day. Part of the bill is also trash removal, and of course, sewer and fire protection. Compared to the apartment where we lived before (no yard and no sprinkler there), we pay about the same. I called twice, first to set it up and a second time to ask a question, and customer service was extremely nice and helpful.
They have the most unfriendly user website. You'd think with it being 2020 they would be be able to do a bank draft without having to manually send a form in. Every other utility service on the planet has the ability to do so without so much run around. With this being said I've racked up countless late fees. If they weren't the only water service provider, I'd change immediately. Let's hope they get their act together because they are the worst experience about living in Little Elm over the past two years.
Good so far. It looks like flat fee plus water usage. I guess some people have hard time understanding this.
