Absolutely the best. They processed a deer and a hog for me and did a phenomenal job. I normally do my own processing but this year I didn’t have enough time bc of work, I called to ask for advice and they ended up providing the best service I’ve ever had dealing with someone in the Taxidermy & processing business. The cuts and packaging they did are perfect. Got the same amount of meat if not more then when I do it myself and I’ve been hunting and processing wild game for over 20 years. I will 100% be using them for their services in the future. Awesome people. Awesome business

This place is great!! Shot my buck last Saturday and I’m already eating the venison and jalapeño cheddar sticks today a week later! Additionally, I got my buck mounted and the taxidermist is super passionate and knowledgeable and has been doing it for 30 plus years. She suggested the position of my mount based on the appearance of the deer and his best side of his antlers. Very affordable for both processing and mount; especially only being a stones throw outside of DFW. The processing was 90 and sausage was 5/lb. The venison jalepeno cheddar sticks are honestly the best I’ve ever had. I got back a great amount of meat and didn’t feel that I got shorted or anything like you sometimes hear about at other places. If I’m lucky enough in the future, I’ll 100% be a returning customer at the Outpost! Love those people!
We have taken our deer here for processing for a few years now. It’s great! Even during season the turn around was relatively fast. We will continue to use them for sure! They also mounted my son’s first buck! Great job The Outpost!
