Bartlett Tree was a pleasant, uneventful experience. Polite, dedicated workers did exactly what I needed done & left the property in neater condition than they found it. Clean up was excellent & the yard is so much safer with the widow makers gone. Thank you Bartlett for a job well done!!

Jeff came to look at my stressed dogwoods. He arrived promptly. He had lots of good advise for the stressed trees and several others on the property. His recommended service was reasonably priced and was completed the same week. Would definitely use them again.
Be sure you have every specific detail on the contract in explicit words to avoid being very disappointed. NEVER let the job be done without being present to be sure it's being done as contracted. Be ready to have multiple times for service given and changed, even over a year an a half. Be ready to pay thousands of dollars and still not have what you expected. I would never use them again.
I made an appointment by phone for an \arborist\ to come to my home at 9 am. I would be late for work but needed to get work done and needed an estimate. The man never showed. I called the office and was told \he's tied up\ and cannot come, but \he could come next week\. I never got a call, and would have been waiting still if I had not. This is so inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional, that it just boggles my mind that a business could be run this way. The person who was supposed to come was Jeff. No notice, no phone call. And this is after the last time I reached out to Bartlett for an appointment via internet a few months ago, I never got a response. Do not trust them to be professional, prompt or courteous. I gave 1 star because it would not let me post with no stars
Bartlett tree service is the most professional service we have ever dealt with, they are excellent! they do a great job and Julian is very helpful and professional. We will always use them in the future!
