I am happy with the service I received at Canopy West in Auburn. The shop is small and the yard is tight but these folks do a good job. The manufacturer (A.R.E.) is taking 16 weeks to deliver but Canopy West provided me a loaner for all 111 days. THAT is customer service! A.R.E. should be embarrassed that their dealers are forced to compensate for the factory's poor production schedule.

Great service! I purchased a canopy from Canopy West after I purchased my Nissan and while it took a few weeks to arrive, I was pleased with the install and service. I had a small leak develop once the fall rains set in, but Sukhi and the guys had me bring it in and they jumped right on it-- lifted the canopy and resealed it even though I couldn't find my paperwork for warranty service. Highly recommended!

The high mount break light on my Range Rider canopy quit working. Before ordering one on line I called and was happy to hear this place had one in stock at about the same price. Convenient Saturday hours, too. Figured I put it in myself. Got it installed but still no light. Inspected wiring and tried reconnecting some connections. Still no light. So came back here and two friendly employees tested wiring and eventually found a bad connection. Back in business. And since I purchased the light here, NO CHARGE! Now that is great service! The canopy- designed to perfectly fit my 2010 Ford Ranger and painted to match the truck paint perfectly- is about 5 or 6 years old and has held up great so I can recommend canopies here, too!
